Anti-P-Cadherin antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the P-Cadherin antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CDH3 gene, which encodes cadherin 3. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion, among other biological roles. The human version of P-Cadherin has a canonical amino acid length of 829 residues and a protein mass of 91.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus and nasopharynx. Indicated applications for P-Cadherin antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
