Anti-CNB1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CNB1 is a known alias name of the protein protein phosphatase 3 regulatory subunit B, alpha, encoded by the PPP3R1 gene in humans. This 170-amino acid residue protein is a regulatory subunit of calcineurin, a calcium-dependent, calmodulin stimulated protein phosphatase. It is localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for CNB1 include CALNB1 and CNB. Indicated applications for CNB1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
