Anti-CFAP97 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein cilia and flagella associated protein 97. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 532 amino acid residues and a mass of 59.5 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the CFAP97 protein family, CFAP97 is known to be involved with spermatogenesis. CFAP97 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are common applications for CFAP97 antibodies.
