Anti-T cell receptor beta variable 11-2 antibodies are used for the immunodetection of the protein encoded by the TRBV11-2 gene. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 115 amino acid residues and a mass of 12.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is noted to be involved in adaptive immune responses and receptor-mediated signaling pathways.
