Anti-LRRC47 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 47. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 583 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.5 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 47. LRRC47 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some LRRC47 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
