Anti-TSH antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene TSHB, or 'thyroid stimulating hormone subunit beta' in humans. The 138-amino acid protein is a member of the Glycoprotein hormones subunit beta family. The cellular localization is predicted to be secreted. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
