Anti-R3HDM2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein R3H domain containing 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 976 amino acid residues and a mass of 107 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include PR01365, R3H domain-containing protein 2, and CAG6. R3HDM2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the R3HDM2 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
