Anti-SLC35F1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein solute carrier family 35 member F1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 408 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.3 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the hippocampus, colon, cerebral cortex, cerebellum, and caudate. A member of the SLC35F solute transporter protein family, SLC35F1 is believed to be a type of solute transporter. SLC35F1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some SLC35F1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
