Anti-ARMCX5 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein armadillo repeat containing X-linked 5. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 558 amino acid residues and a mass of 62.3 kDa. It is notably expressed in many tissues, such as the stomach and testis. It is a member of the Eutherian X-chromosome-specific Armcx protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include armadillo repeat-containing X-linked protein 5. ARMCX5 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ARMCX5 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
