Anti-Tca4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Tca4 is a known alias name of the protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 21, encoded by the CCL21 gene in humans. This 134-amino acid residue protein is reported to inhibit hemopoiesis and stimulates chemotaxis. The protein is secreted and features post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in high endothelial venules of lymph nodes, spleen and appendix. Other synonyms for Tca4 include 6Ckine, CKb9, and ECL. Western Blot is the most common application for the Tca4 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
