Anti-Yotiao antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Yotiao antigen is another term for the human protein A-kinase anchoring protein 9, encoded by the AKAP9 gene. The protein is reported to be a scaffolding protein that assembles several protein kinases and phosphatases on the centrosome and Golgi apparatus. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 3907 residues and a mass of 453 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for Yotiao include AKAP350, AKAP350, and AKAP450. Some Yotiao antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
