Anti-D10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target D10 is a known alias name of the protein CHRNA7 (exons 5-10) and FAM7A (exons A-E) fusion, encoded by the CHRFAM7A gene in humans. This 412-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in hippocampus. Indicated applications for D10 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
