Anti-A3F antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the A3F antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the APOBEC3F gene, which encodes apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme catalytic subunit 3F. This protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. The human version of A3F has a canonical amino acid length of 373 residues and a protein mass of 45 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells. A3F is a member of the Cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase protein family. Indicated applications for A3F antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
