Anti-ARTC3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ARTC3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ART3 gene, which encodes ADP-ribosyltransferase 3 (inactive). The human version of ARTC3 has a canonical amino acid length of 389 residues and a protein mass of 43.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the testis. ARTC3 is a member of the Arg-specific ADP-ribosyltransferase protein family. Indicated applications for ARTC3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
