Other Apoptosis ELISA Kits

Many proteins take part in the regulation and mechanism of apoptosis, or programmed cell death. Aside from the main players like caspases and the apoptosome, some key proteins carrying out apoptosis include: FADD (activates procaspase-8); AIFM1 (induces nuclear fragmentation and cytochrome c release); BIK (inhibits anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 proteins). Proteins negatively regulating apoptosis include: AVEN (inhibits Bcl-xL and Apaf-1); FLIP (inhibits caspase activation); Akt (inactivates pro-apoptotic BAD). A plethora of apoptosis-associated proteins have been identified, many of them conveniently targeted with ready-to-use ELISA kits. Enter a specific protein of interest and select appropriate filters to help narrow down your search.
