MAPK Inhibitors

Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) regulate cellular functions such as proliferation, gene expression, differentiation, mitosis, cell survival, and apoptosis in response to varying stimuli. ERK, JNK, and p38 are all members of the MAPK family of kinases. Inhibitors to this family of kinases are undergoing trials for treatment of diseases including cancer, insulin resistance, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
