Glen-Pak™ cartridges are a new product for easy and fast DMT-on purification of oligonucleotides. They are available in two formulations, one optimized for DNA purification and the other for RNA purification. Glen-Pak™ cartridges extend the range of purification of cartridges to 100+. They are available as cartridges for syringe use and as cartridges for use on vacuum manifolds and high-throughput devices. The Glen-Pak cartridges require a single loading of the crude oligonucleotide solution, and they recover full-length oligonucleotides with a typical yield of 90% or greater. These cartridges have been successfully tested with amino-modifiers, biotin, phosphorylation reagent and most dyes, including Cy dyes, FAM, HEX and TET.
