Applied Biosystems’ Western-SuperStar Immunodetection System is the most complete western blot detection kit available. Unique signal kinetics of the SuperStar Substrate allow the blot to be imaged immediately or for over 24 hours after substrate addition. Detect femtogram levels of protein. Use PVDF, nitrocellulose or nylon membranes. Detect using X-ray film or CCD-based imaging. Strip and reprobe blots at least 3 times to detect multiple proteins.
