Protein Laboratories Rehovot (PLR) Ltd is a small company run by a scientist and serving Scientific Community that produces recombinant proteins (including custom-made) for research. We are the ONLY company producing leptin antagonists. We also produce leptins, growth hormones and prolactins of humans, rodents and farm animals including fish and variety of other cytokines. The first recombinant fish leptin and pegylated mouse and rat leptin antagonists, despite 5-6 fold lower activity in vitro, has in vivo activity that is remarkably elevated are currently available.
