KALEN Human OxLDL is a stable formulation of oxidized human low density lipoprotein. It is prepared from human LDL, oxidized with copper sulfate, purified, ultrafiltered and packaged under nitrogen. KALEN Human OxLDL is stable for more than two months because of Kalen’s proprietary manufacturing procedures and stringent quality controls. To demonstrate product stability, the material was tested at intervals during 4º C storage for oxidation level using the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) assay. The results of this assay demonstrate the stability of KALEN Human OxLDL for 14 weeks.
