ARGYLLA brings the power of nanotechnology to the world of biological sample preparation. Its first product, the PREPPARTICLE, is a coated nanoparticle suspension optimized to capture and purify DNA from small, high-value samples: especially clinical or forensic isolates. PREPPARTICLES are very simple to use. The PREPPARTICLE suspension is pipetted directly into a crude sample, mixed with a binding buffer and centrifuged. Purified DNA is then released into that same tube, in a concentrated form, and ready for genetic analysis. Easy-to-use protocols (manual and automated) are now available on the ARGYLLA website for DNA isolation from blood, thin sections and swabs.
