Single clones of hybridomas, myelomas, CHO-S and adherent cells such as CHO, HEK and HeLa cells grown as discrete colonies in semi-solid medium, are automatically imaged under white light and fluorescence to analyze target proteins or peptide production , the highest value clones are then isolated by gentle picking.
