Primm produces custom peptides derivatized with chelating agents able to give stable complexes with radioactive isotopes of metal ions. We can introduce anywhere in the peptide sequence DOTA,DTPA, DTPAGlu, or other chelating agents that are well known to give very stable complexes with radioactive ions such as 111-Indium, 67-Gallium, 68-Gallium,177-Lutetium, 90-Yttrium, 99m-Technetium. Primm will provide the support to define the best peptide sequence and modification site. We will select the chelating moiety and radionuclide as well as select the site for the chelating moiety. Primm also provides the methodology to prepare the radiolabeled compound starting from the Primm peptide derivative and the chosen radioactive isotope of the metal ion.
