The ideal front-end tool for proteomics analysis
The NuSep™ MF10 prepares protein samples for 1D and 2D-PAGE or MS by fractionation, de-salting, concentration and depletion, by selecting from a range of membranes, controlling buffer pH and electrophoresis voltage. The MF10 is the first bench-top instrument using 2D-PAMS, Polyacrylamide Membrane Separation, to separate proteins by charge and size. The MF10 processes volumes from 50µl to 500µl rapidly, meeting the growing demand of proteomics, protein screening and general separations method development. Applications depleting abundant proteins have been developed, along with the pre-fractionation of E. coli lysate, yeast lysate, plasma, and urine.
