Introducing the new R&D Systems PlusCellect cell isolation kits
These kits supply two antibodies, one for immunopurification and the other for immunophenotypical analysis. Cell isolation is done by positive selection. Cells of interest are tagged with a biotinylated antibody followed by streptavidin-conjugated magnetic particles (MagCellect™ Streptavidin Ferrofluid or equivalent). Tagged cells can then be isolated using any streptavidin-ferrofluid/magnet system. Once the cells are resuspended in PlusCellect Buffer, the efficiency of enrichment can be assessed with the provided PE-conjugated detection antibody.
