The power of HTRF® combined with Transcreener™ ADP Detection.
The new HTRF® Transcreener™ ADP assay is an HTRF-based competitive immunoassay for the direct detection of ADP using a monoclonal antibody labeled with Eu3+ cryptate and d2-labeled ADP. This non-radioactive assay can be used for high throughput screening or profiling of any ATP/ADP dependent target such as serine/threonine and tyrosine kinases as well as lipid kinases and chaperonins. HTRF is an enzyme-free detection chemistry thus producing fewer false positives and it is easily miniaturized for increased throughput.
