WideScreen™ Assays for the Luminex® xMAP® platform
The Novagen® WideScreen™ Group, an international interdisciplinary team of assay development scientists, was assembled to introduce the next generation of multiplex immunoassays for the bead-based Luminex® xMAP® Technology platform. The Group has focused on creating assays to enable researchers to examine changes in cellular signaling caused by disease states or drug treatment. WideScreen EpiTag™ Assays are the next-generation bead-based assays for the quantitation of phosphoproteins. WideScreen RTK Assays, the quantitative total Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (RTK) assays, determine the tyrosine phosphorylation status of several key RTKs.
