The First DNA Polymerase Engineered for Real-Time PCR
The high performance of the KAPA SYBRŪ qPCR Kit is based on an engineered variant of Taq DNA polymerase and an optimized buffer system. KAPA SYBRŪ DNA Polymerase was engineered using molecular evolution to perform optimally in stringent qPCR reaction conditions, exhibiting dramatic improvements in signal-to-noise ratio (fluorescence), reaction efficiency (early CT values), linearity, and sensitivity. The KAPA SYBRŪ qPCR Kit is available as a ready-to-use 2x Master Mix containing all components, except primers and template, for the amplification and detection of DNA in real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
