Ready-to-use HTRF®-based cytokine assays
As a part of Cisbio’s line of inflammatory marker assays, we offer an array of HTRF®-based cytokine assays including TNFα, IFNγ, IL1β, IL6 and IL8. These ready-to-use kits are complemented by our assay on demand and custom services offerings. HTRF® cytokine assays are based on Europium-cryptate and XL665-labeled monoclonal antibodies and use a single-plate, mix and measure format. They are compatible with both whole cells and tissue culture supernatant and can be easily miniaturized for use in high throughput screening.
