CompactPrep™ Plasmid Kits enable 24 plasmid preps in just 20 minutes. The novel, non-chaotrophic binding chemistry (patent pending) provides purified plasmid DNA with very low endotoxin levels that is suitable for use in any downstream application, including transfection of all common cell lines. The simple vacuum manifold or a tabletop centrifuge procedure can be performed — from start to finish — on the bench and provide high yields of plasmid DNA (up to 750 µg). The innovative spin column-based kit format enables DNA purification and elution in very low buffer volumes, thereby providing highly concentrated DNA (typically >1 µg/µl).
