The HTRF® KinEASE™ platform has expanded to include universal assays for both serine/threonine and tyrosine kinases. HTRF KinEASE STK is based on three universal peptides and a single Eu-labeled monoclonal antibody and has been validated on over 105 ser/thr kinases. HTRF KinEASE TK is based on a unique universal tyrosine peptide substrate that has a single phosphorylation site. A proprietary substrate stabilizing buffer (SEB) enhances assay performance, enables the use of lower enzyme concentrations, while maintaining inhibitor properties such as IC50s. The KinEASE TK assay has been validated on 59 tyrosine kinases to-date including both receptor and cytoplasmic TKs.
