ProCode is a Protein Engineering Platform technology for Biologic molecule improvement and development. This technology is based on the Twin Arginine Transport (TAT) system, present naturally in bacteria, as a selection and development tool to improve solubility and for selection and affinity maturation of monoclonal antibodies. The most powerful example is the ability to select the most soluble single chain heavy and light variable (scFv) molecule that interacts with a target antigen and affinity mature that sequence in a single step. Although there are other applications for ProCode, these are the applications Vybion is currently using commercially.
