AutoMate Scientific's ThermoClamp-1 is a combination inline heater plus multi-channel focal drug delivery system for physiology research. It consists of a fuzzy logic PID temperature controller and heated Perfusion Pencil® multi-barrel manifold. It will maintain perfusion bath temperature and rapid drug wash-out with a high-flow bath line while quickly switching 4-8 preheated solutions through the Perfusion Pencil. The ThermoClamp is ideal for electrophysiological studies with no metal in the flow path and extremely quiet electronics. It maintains 37°C within 1°C or better at 5ml/minute flow rates through replaceable tips with micro-liter dead volume for fast neuroscience superfusion switching.
