Cytokine Sensor Cells
InvivoGen‘s HEK-Blue Cells are a new family of engineered cell lines designed to provide a simple, rapid and reliable method to monitor the activation of signaling pathways induced by key cytokines. They allow quantification of these cytokines with similar sensitivity to an ELISA test and can also be used to screen for compounds exhibiting agonist and antagonist activities. HEK-Blue Cells express the SEAP reporter gene under the control of different promoters chosen or developed to be selectively activated by the cytokines known to induce the pathway of interest.
