Achieve Exceptional Reliability, Sensitivity and Specificity in qPCR
PerfeCTa™ SYBR® Green FastMix is a ready-to-use master mix for highly sensitive and specific qPCR using fast-cycling or conventional protocols. The product’s defining component is PerfeCTa™ Taq DNA polymerase. This hot-start enzyme provides stringent control of Taq activity during reaction assembly with instantaneous activation at 95ºC. Rapid recovery of fully active Taq combined with proprietary technologies to relieve polymerization inhibition by SYBR® Green Dye enables efficient replication of fragments up to 200 bp in less than 20s at 60ºC. PerfeCTa™ SYBR® Green FastMix kits are available and optimized for all qPCR instrument platforms.
