ArrayStar v2.0 is designed for easy microarray gene expression analysis studies. The software features advanced analytical and visualization tools that are helpful in identifying gene expression profiles, relative expression levels of genes, groups of co-regulated genes and in identifying differentially expressed genes. Advanced clustering can be performed using either Hierarchical or k-Means methods. Statistical tools are included for probabilistic analyses and to identify Multiple Testing problems. Easy to change filtering parameters allow users to modify gene searches quickly and easily. The software is Windows Vista™ compatible. The software works with normalized files from Affymetrix®, NimbleGen® and other microarray sources.
