Sigma’s PhosphoProfile™ I Phosphopeptide Enrichment Kit Captures All Phosphopeptides Without Preference
Conveniently enrich phosphopeptides in a robust and unbiased manner. Mass spectrometry of phosphopeptides from tryptic protein digests is a powerful tool for characterization of phosphorylation sites. Low intrinsic abundance, inefficient ionization, and/or signal suppression may limit or prevent detection without significant enrichment. Capture phosphopeptides by this novel Ga3+ chelate in an easy-to-use, fast throughput, microscale design. This complete kit (all reagents and controls included) has the capacity to capture 25 nmoles with each spin column, and the output is suitable for mass spectrometry.
