Phenyx is a software platform for the identification and characterization of proteins and peptides from mass spectrometry data. Phenyx 2.3 allows one to manage and optimize server usage while also assigning rights and privileges to different users who can share both jobs and results seamlessly. It also offers a Results Comparison functionality so users may import, compare, visualize, and validate their Mascot, SEQUEST and X!Tandem results and easily export them for publication.
