NEW Panorama™ Antibody Micorarray- XPRESS Profiler725 from Sigma-Aldrich
Antibody Arrays enable researchers to determine relative protein expression changes in hundreds of targets within a biological sample in a single assay. The Panorama Antibody Array - XPRESS Profiler725 contains 725 highly specific antibodies, the highest content commercially available today, that detect human, mouse, and rat proteins associated with a variety of key cell signaling and gene regulation pathways. Antibodies targeting Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK), Protein Kinase C (PKC) and p53 protein families are also represented. The arrays are compatible with common DNA array detection chemistries and scanners.
