Investigate membrane protein interactions with the DUALmembrane kit
Dualsystems has developed the DUALmembrane kit to help you identify interactions involving integral membrane proteins and membrane-associated proteins. Using an innovative in vivo screening technology, protein interactions are detected directly at the membrane, without any need to isolate or purify the associated proteins. A membrane protein of interest is screened against a cDNA library to isolate interactors in three easy steps. The genetic information resulting from the screen can then be directly used for downstream experiments.
