The ARTEMIS is a Time Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (TR-FRET) microplate reader that is dedicated to use Cisbio’s patented Homogenous Time Resolved Fluorescence (HTRF®) assays and reagents. The ARTEMIS has a single photon counting detection system and is optimized to deliver enhanced sensitivity, dynamic range, signal-to-noise ratio and cross talk. Its design supports both 96 and 384 well plates. The included analysis software can be installed on your existing personal computer, so the ARTEMIS does not require any additional components to measure HTRF® assays. Because the ARTEMIS is dedicated for HTRF® detection, it’s the lowest priced HTRF® certified reader available, yet performs as well as instruments that are twice the price.
