The Reliance™ autosampler is designed for handling biological samples. Prior to injection, samples are placed in a conditioned environment completely protected from light. The injection flow path is inherent to lowest possible carry-over since only two parts, i.e. injection valve and needle, come in contact with the sample. There is no loop filler port or needle seat. Effective wash capabilities result in short wash cycles. The Reliance™ has a 35 second injection to injection time including 700µL wash with the capability to select 3 wash solvents. All mechanical parts are designed for 1,600,000 injections while wetted parts only require occasional replacement.
