The Little Dipper Microarray Processor is a robotic instrument that automates washing and drying of up to 24 microarrays. Compatible with illumina, Agilent, NimbleGen and other slide based arrays, the system eliminates process variation that can degrade the quality of microarray data. It automates and controls temperature, time, degree of agitation and centrifuge spin time, providing walk-away automation for enhanced reproducibility of microarray results. Users can create, edit and store protocols using the hand-held touch screen. The benchtop unit is 30 inches wide and can be operated inside the NoZone Workspace to eliminate ozone damage.
