ImagEM is unsurpassed in flexibility and performance. It is a universal camera for low light fluorescence imaging, ultra-low light luminescence imaging and high dynamic range brightfield imaging. Key to ImagEM is deep and stable cooling with both fan assisted air and water cooling capability in every camera. Multiple pixel clocks offer unmatched combinations of read noise specifications and speed in normal CCD and EM-CCD readout modes. A special patent pending Photon Imaging mode and on-board digital signal processors (DSP) provide real time image enhancement. Unique synchronization methods and 1200 times gain mean maximum image quality and speed with spinning disk confocals.
