Protein interaction studies on the Reichert SR7000DC are reported in real time. Based on the well established principles of Surface Plasmon Resonance, the SR7000DC uses a modular design that allows for customization, easy repair/replacement or upgrading of the system. Fluidics are based on common HPLC components. The flowcell easily adapts for electrochemistry and is built to accept a wide range of surfaces available from Reichert or those made in your own lab. Provided software allows for data capture and normalization making export to analysis software an easy step. Flow rates from 0.5 µL/sec to 100 µL/sec, the sensitivity needed for small molecule work, and two channels for referencing make the SR7000DC a performance tool at an affordable price.
