Capture Granzyme B Activity The Calbiochem InnoZyme™ Granzyme B Immunocapture Activity Assay Kit (Cat. No. CBA014) is a sensitive and specific fluorogenic assay for Granzyme B. This assay is based on the QuickZyme™ technology platform where modified prourokinase serves as a substrate for Granzyme B. Cleavage by Granzyme B activates the urokinase and activity is then determined with a urokinase substrate. Specificity is increased through the immunocapture of Granzyme B on a 96-well plate. Granzyme B is a caspase-like serine protease with proposed anti-apoptotic, antiviral, and antitumor functions.
