The PATH® Protein Microarray Kit includes the PATH protein microarray slide with buffers specifically optimized for protein microarray applications. The non-porous, ultra-thin, nitrocellulose film on the PATH slide provides all the benefits of conventional nitrocellulose-based microarray slides such as high protein affinity, low non-specific binding, and high protein activity, but with exceptionally low fluorescent background. Use the PATH Kit in conjunction with SIMplex™ 16, and process sixteen individual microarrays on a single PATH™plus protein microarray slide. SIMplex 16 eliminates broken slides, unreliable fasteners, and leaky gaskets. The SIMplex 16 wells dimensions conform to nine mm center-to-center spacing and are compatible with 8-channel multi-pipettors.
