cAMP and IP-One cell-based GPCR assays from Cisbio

cAMP and IP-One cell-based GPCR assays
Gi, Gs & Gq Screening using a single technology –HTRF® by Cisbio
Cisbio has developed a line of ready-to-use kits based on its patented HTRF technology for cell-based, functional GPCR screening. Gs and Gi coupled GPCRs regulate cAMP levels, while Gq coupled receptors trigger the inositol phosphate (IP) cascade. IP1, a downstream metabolite of IP3, accumulates in cells following Gq recepetor activation. Cisbio’s cAMP and IP-One HTRF assays have simple protocols, are compatible with cells and are easily miniaturized enabling screening of any GPCR using a single technology.
