Study the Vascular Development of the Lung with Two New Cell Lines Seven Hills Bioreagents has just released two Mouse Fetal Lung Mesenchyme (MFLM) cell lines: MFLM-4 and MFLM-91U. Both lines were immortalized, isolated, cloned, and derived from mouse fetal lung mesenchyme. Each line also expresses SV40 large T antigen and neomycin-resistance genes. The MFLM-4 cell line was isolated at E14.5 while the MFLM-91U cell line was isolated at E19 and adapted to grow in serum free medium. These cell lines have proven useful in vitro systems for analysis of lung vasculogenesis and angiogenesis.
