Three ready-to-use kits are available: AdenoPACK 20, a spin column format for up to 20 ml; AdenoPACK 100, a syringe filter format for manual operation for up to 200 ml; and AdenoPACK 500, a laboratory pump operated syringe filter for up to 500 ml cell culture volume. These easy to use products can substitute the more time-consuming, and less flexible, cesium chloride density gradient method.
